Peg Martin, MA

Peg is an experienced healthcare leader bringing over 30 years of extensive knowledge and experience in ambulatory services and hospital operations. Peg holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an international Project Management Professional certifications. She received her Master’ Degree in Communicative Disorders from University of the Pacific. She also taught in the California State University of Sacramento Speech Pathology Graduate program for several years.

Peg has a proven track record of providing innovative solutions and strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.  She excels at identifying process bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to drive continuous improvement. She leverages Lean methodology to reduce waste, enhance quality, and boost overall productivity. Peg’s analytical prowess and attention to detail have led to substantial cost savings and increased customer satisfaction for the clients she’s served.
