Meet Kate

Kate is an experienced healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a passion for visual data storytelling & bringing teams together in a collaborative format to build innovative programs aligned with enterprise strategic direction and future-state care delivery models with the patient at the forefront.

Throughout her journey in healthcare, Kate has held leadership positions in strategy & development, ambulatory operations, clinical research operations, acute operations, and post-acute operations. Most recently at CommonSpirit Health, she was the Director of Value Based Operations & Clinical Integration Program Management where she led a team to transform the performance of provider practices across the state of California to help hospital operations and corporate functions succeed in Value-based care.

She holds a Master's of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her Administrative Fellowship at City of Hope Cancer Research Hospital in Duarte, CA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Modern Languages in Spanish from Emporia State University in Emporia, KS where she was an NCAA DII Student Athlete. Kate is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at the University of California, Berkeley. 

With skill sets tailored for enterprise strategy development & deployment across the care continuum, fast-paced portfolio management, clinical process improvement, and healthcare operations efficiencies, she is always excited to engage with clients desiring to improve their patient's journey & positively impact the healthcare landscape.
